At Canadian Tire Corporation, I crafted the end-to-end mobile experience for the Triangle loyalty program across iOS and Android.

Here's a glimpse of my three favourite projects:

Offer 2.0

Enabling Canadian Tire customers to activate offers quickly & effortlessly during peak shopping moments.

Impact: Increased offer activation by 600% through a redesigned offers feature

Role: 

  • Diagnosed design flaws and reduced offer activation drop-off.

  • Led user research, including competitor analysis and focus group workshops.

  • Created high-fidelity wireframes, iterated based on user testing, and ensured seamless design handoff.

Triangle select

Designed a comprehensive mobile dashboard for premium members to track earnings, offers, and exclusive services.

Role: 

  • Aligned designs with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.

  • Conducted user research and MVP testing with the UXR team.

  • Led UX reviews and design handoff for seamless development execution.

Empowered 30,000+ customers to reach their purchasing goals with help of a goal tracker.

Impact: Increased offer activation; driving $1.5M in revenue.
